Navigating and using a Workleap LMS platform will most likely be the two easiest things you can do during your day! Here is how to use Workleap LMS as a student.
The home page
Once connected to the platform, what you see right away are the basics of navigation and your student dashboard.
If you have been enrolled in courses by your administrator, have a requalification due soon or a live lesson planned in the upcoming days, they will be visible in the first section called "Up Next".
In the "Overview" section, you'll find the courses you have started, the ones you have completed as well as all of your completion certificates, both for courses and learning paths.
Please note that as long as a course is not completed, it will appear in this section, accompanied by a progress indicator.
Finding a course
The course directory gives you access to all the courses to which you have been granted access on the platform. You can access the directory by clicking in the top right-hand corner of the interface.
Browse the course directory
The training directory lets you display, sort and search all the courses available on the platform. You can search by keyword in the search bar, or filter courses according to search criteria set by the platform administrators.
You can use these categories to sort the course listings and more quickly find training options that are relevant to your needs or interests.
To find out more about a course, simply click on the title and you'll have access to the associated description, objectives and course syllabus. You'll find this information in the tabs below the image or video presentation.
Follow a course
To enroll for a course, click on the "Enroll" button in the top right-hand corner. It's possible that a course is only available on request, in which case you'll have to wait for an administrator's approval before starting it.
If you have already started or completed the course, it will be indicated there.
Find my enrollments
At any time, you can retrieve a course or learning path to complete your progress or view the content again. Simply go to the "My courses" section of the menu and select one of the three options:
Courses: Continue a course in progress or find a completed course to refer back to.
Learning paths: Continue a current learning path or find a completed learning path to refer to.
Requalifications : See your overdue, current, completed and upcoming requalifications.
Progress details
Clicking on a course in progress or completed will take you to the course record. This gives you basic information, as well as any test corrections made.
To continue the course, click on the "Continue" button in the top right-hand corner. If the training is completed, the "View Training" button will allow you to view the lessons for reference.
