Why the name changes in the first place?

Last June, we shared that our parent company, GSoft, would be rebranding to Workleap: a new home and ecosystem we’ve created to further expand and unify our family of employee experience software products to deliver more value to our customers. As a next step in our new chapter, we are changing all Workleap products’ name to tie them all together. This change is small, but it marks an important step in our quest to make work really work.

What does this mean for my subscription, price, support and relationship with the Customer Success team?

Your subscription, price, support and relationship with the Customer Success team won’t be impacted by this change; they will stay the same in the near term. As we continue to expand Workleap and build deeper integrations between our products, we will be sure to inform you well in advance of any significant changes.

What are these other products I see on the Workleap website?

Workleap is an ecosystem of powerfully simple employee experience products that helps you drive business excellence. Products include:

  • Workleap Onboarding, software that transforms employee onboarding into a vibrant, organized and efficient experience

  • Workleap Officevibe, software designed to equip HR leaders and managers with the tools they need to drive engagement, performance and retention

  • Workleap LMS, a learning management system designed to build, manage and monitor employee training

  • Workleap Skills, software that empowers people-first teams to map their skills, develop their talents and accelerate their growth to create more engaging and productive workplaces

  • ShareGate by Workleap, a leading Microsoft 365 management solution

Will there be any in-app changes?

Once your accounts have migrated, you'll be able to access your Workleap product(s) in the new Workleap platform. Get ready for a seamless transition with these key updates:

  • Centralized Settings: Manage all your Workleap products from one central hub. Learn more.

  • Enhanced User Management: Users and permissions automatically sync across all products.

  • Unified Teams: Teams, Segments, and Integrations will sync across the platform.

  • Simplified Login: We will only be presenting employees with the product they need, approved by your organization.

Exciting new features are also on the horizon:

  • Changes to permissions: We've updated permissions to give you more flexibility by integrating team manager permissions from Officevibe across your various products. Additionally, administrators overseeing LMS, Onboarding, and Skills accounts now possess Executive Manager permissions for Officevibe. Furthermore, a new Collaborator role has been introduced for key collaborators needing access to scores while maintaining confidentiality regarding Workleap Officevibe employee feedback data.

  • Easy Segmentation: You can leverage member properties you've imported or synced during the team creation process or later when editing teams. Learn more.

  • Effortless Reminders: With just one click, managers can now send survey reminders directly from the engagement report, all while preserving the anonymity of inactive employees.

  • Enhanced Visuals: Get ready for a fresh look! Our design team has been hard at work refining color schemes and fonts for a more engaging and simplified experience. Your employees and managers will soon begin receiving the new survey and other notifications!

What does this mean for our users’ experience?

Employees will simply need to log in the first time to migrate seamlessly, ensuring continued access to the features you already enjoy.

If you are not using Workleap LMS, we ask all employees to set a new password to access the Workleap platform as part of the transition. Don't worry, we're here to help! We've prepared a communication template for you to use in informing your end users:

Will there be any service stoppages as a result of this change?

No. There won't be any service interruptions because of this change. However, some action from your IT team may be required.

Be sure to:

  • Whitelist the new Workleap URL.

  • Reconnect active integrations in the new central settings page (see below).

Will all products be integrated?

Yes. As we combine our existing family of products and future products, the Workleap platform will be your one-stop shop for onboarding new hires, performance management, talent development, team alignment, employee engagement, achievement celebration, productivity tool management, and more. How will user management work in the new Workleap Ecosystem?

You'll be able to manage all your employees and teams via a centralized settings page in the Workleap platform. Workleap settings configurations will apply to all your Workleap products.
