What you will find in this article

Our website URL will officially change to lms.workleap.com on February 1st, 2024. Here is everything you need to know about how the change will impact you.

Email safe sender list

You will need to ensure that our new URL is added to your Safe sender list if using Outlook, or the Never send it to spam filter if using Gmail. Add it in this format:

  • @workleap.com

  • @lms.workleap.com

Firewall

You will also need to add the following URL to your allowlist in this format so that your firewall does not block it:

Tip: Even though the URL update is coming in February 2024, you can apply the changes above as soon as you wish to!

Cookies and cache

When the new URL goes live, you may be be signed out of all accounts. You will be prompted to reconnect to Workleap LMS with your usual email address and password or SSO depending on your company's authentication configuration.

Redirects

We know that organizations may have internal documentation with links to our original URL, and that many individuals have bookmarks to our website saved on their browser.

The good news is that you will not need to update these, as old URLs will automatically redirect to the new website. We still encourage you to update the old URLs when possible.

Custom domain

If you configured a personalized domain name allowing access to your Didacte website, no changes on your part are required. Your custom domain name will continue to work the same way.

Public API

If you're currently using our public API at api.didacte.com, note that in order to maintain compatibility with existing integrations, this url will not change.

Vimeo embeds with access limited to specific domains

If you embedded Vimeo videos in your courses using Vimeo's feature to restrict embedding to a specific domain, you will need to update this configuration in Vimeo to include the new address: lms.workleap.com.

You can refer to Vimeo's help article for the procedure to follow.
