Thinking of launching Workleap LMS? You may want to validate with your IT team that Workleap LMS is compatible with your company's systems.

Below are some things to verify before launching Workleap LMS.

Note: Workleap LMS application URL will change to lms.workleap.com on February 1st, 2024.

Workleap LMS Emails

As Workleap LMS primarily uses email to contact employees, you need to ensure that Workleap LMS emails are recognized as secure and not labeled as spam or blocked.

First, make sure to add the following IP to your email provider: 54.240.43.21 and 54.240.43.22

Add senders to your email provider allowlist - Workleap LMS may send emails from the following addresses :

Also, please confirm whether you have Anti-Phishing software activated for your organization, as this could also affect the access links provided in the Workleap LMS emails.

Supported Browsers & Technology

IE10 and older browser versions are not supported as they don't have TLS 1.2 enabled by default.

Note that Workleap LMS uses cookies, which must be enabled in your internet browser.

These are the browsers we officially support:

  • Microsoft Edge (Latest)

  • Chrome (Latest)

  • Firefox (Latest)

  • Safari (Latest)

Note: Workleap LMS is accessible from any device. Each platform acts as independant from one another. Having an account on a platform does not grant you access to other platforms. An individual account must be created on each platform you need to access.
