Creating a course on Workleap LMS

The first step is to discover the course creation tool and help you quickly become comfortable with it.

Course creation is done through a simple linear process that only takes a few minutes to execute if you already have your content ready!

Invite colleague(s) on the platform

We firmly believe that internal employee training is a collaborative experience, which is why we invite you to extend this opportunity to your colleagues. Inviting other members of your team to join our LMS can have a significant impact on your learning experience, platform adoption level, and your company's growth.

That's why we encourage you to invite one or several colleagues to the platform to gain different perspectives and ideas on the benefits that Workleap LMS can bring to your organization.

You should invite at least 1 member of each level of your organization (employee, field manager, director, executive) to collect their feedback.

You can invite a user under the "User > Add User" tab, and even import multiple people at once in bulk.

Experimenting with the "student" view

Thirdly, it's important to ensure that the employee experience is as engaging as the administrative/content creator experience.

That's why all Workleap LMS platforms are created with a prebuilt micro-course, allowing you to enroll and participate in a training in the same way your employees would.

If you're already enrolled in the course, you can access the training under your student dashboard, via the "Up Next" section.

Otherwise, you can check the "Course Directory" section to sign up for courses independently or ask a platform admin to manually enroll you in the course.

After executing these 3 steps, you should have a good idea of the value that Workleap LMS can create within your organization. There's still a wide range of features to explore, from course assignments workflows to automated requalifications, progress tracking tools, and collaboration features. As you can see, you've only scratched the surface of opportunities at this stage, but everything in its time ;)
