Here is the procedure to follow when you, or a user, forget your password. You can reset your password by yourself, at all times, directly from the platform.

Under the login tab of the home page, you will find a direct link named "Forgot your password?" (see image below).

By clicking on the "Forget your password?" link, you will then be taken to the first step of the password reset procedure.

Our procedure is very simple since you only have to enter your email or the user's email address in order for an email to be sent for the designation of a new password.

All you have to do is follow the instructions and in less than 2 minutes your problem will be fixed. You will then regain access to your platform.
