Synchronizing your Stripe account to your Didacte platform

How can I make sure my Stripe account is connected?

Didacte makes it easy to associate your Stripe account to your platform.

Whether you need to create an account, or already have one, you can connect your account under the Menu > Sales > Sales settings > Stripe Account section.

As Stripe runs various verifications prior to synchronizing your account to your platform, Didacte will never display the confirmation message unless your stripe account has been validated.

Therefore, if you are seeing the confirmation message under the Stripe Account section of your platform, your Stripe account has been validated and is fully functional.

Following a transaction, Stripe keeps the money for 7 days (anti-fraud measure). A daily transfer is then processed automatically. You can see the amounts awaiting transfer at any time if you log into your Stripe account.
