Didacte allows you to make certain courses eligible for Bill 90. This feature is only available for our Enterprise customers located in Quebec.
La Loi sur les compétences (Bill 90 - also known as The 1% Law), requires that any employer with a salary mass bigger than $2 million invest at least 1% of its payroll in training activities aimed at developing its employees' skills.
Configure a course as eligible for Bill 90
In a course editor, head to the Specifications section, under the Information tab. Anyone who can edit the course can change this setting.
To configure the course as eligible for Bill 90, check the designated box provided at the bottom of the section. In order to activate the feature, a duration must be assigned.
It is important to note that the eligibility of a course is not retroactively applied to completed enrollments.
Generate reports
In the Enrollments > Progress reports section, you will be able to view all the Bill 90 eligible enrollment or completions with the provided filter.
Also, all exported reports will have a column identifying whether or not a course completion or enrollment is eligible.
Finally, it is also possible to find this information on your student's enrollment files, accessible on their profiles or under the Enrollments tab, in a course editor.
